RAID Instructor

The RAID IDP is a fun but intense course designed for Dive Master and Assistant Instructors from all agencies to take the next step in their professional diving career and become Open Water instructors.

Not only will you join the ranks of some of Europe’s best Open Water Instructors, you’ll also have access to some of the most initiative programs on the market right now.

The Instructor Development Program is designed to train qualified RAID Dive Masters or equivalent in the use of the RAID programs to teach the RAID Open Circuit programs from OpenWater 20 through to Master Rescue Diver.

WHAT’S INVOLVED?

A 9 day fun and intensive program, training you to teach others, both in the water and in the classroom.During the IDP course you will receive class room presentations from your Instructor Trainer and other staff, breaking down all the different RAID courses, aspects of teaching them and how to organize. You will have to present your own classroom sessions, as well as skill circuits and presentations in the confined area as well as skills and open water presentations in the ocean.

You will be taught how to break down and teach each course in the RAID syllabus and then be evaluated and coached on your presentation of these throughout the program.
